How to get Support

We at "The PHP Factory" are commited to help our customers to achieve their goals and use the full potential of our extensions. We are always glad to offer advice and support to our customers. Most support issues are answered within 24 hours - depending on the time zone you are in. Difficult issues may take up to 48 hours.


There are several ways to contact our support :

  • the most used way is the support contact form - this way an unique ticket number will be attached to your inqury/request and any further communication will link to that ticket number
  • community relevant questions find the best solutions in our forums - this way other users might benefit from the solution to your problem or even contribute to the solution. Many customers find the answer to their question just by performing a quick search in the forum.
  • further contact option are telephone or fax - with the minding of the timezone and office hours. Electronic (contact form, forums) inqueries get replied regardless of our office hours.

Please help us help you - attach relevant screenshots if needed and supply us basic informations - extension version, joomla version, running environment (linux/win hosting, wamp server, jsas server, etc.)
